Welcome to Bible Coach AI ("App", "Service", "we", "our", or "us"), operated by Bible Coach App LLC. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile applications, websites (including www.biblecoach.app), and any related services. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Nature of the Service & Disclaimers

Bible Coach AI provides AI‑generated biblical stories, quotations, and reflections intended for personal inspiration and spiritual growth. It is not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, medical, legal, or financial advice. If you require professional assistance, please consult a qualified expert.

The biblical insights delivered by the Service are generated by large language models and may contain inaccuracies or interpretations that differ from specific doctrinal viewpoints. We do not guarantee theological completeness or doctrinal alignment with any particular Christian tradition.

4. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or infringe the rights of others.
• Upload, share, or transmit content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or exploit any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Content Ownership & License

All intellectual property rights in the Service—including text, graphics, logos, and underlying software—are owned by Bible Coach App LLC or its licensors. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
